Wood ash naturally contains potash, a powerful cleaning agent that degreases and eliminates dirt. Dissolved in water, it creates an effective, ecological, and gentle laundry detergent for textiles.

Not at all! It seems counterintuitive, but wood ash is macerated in water then filtered, leaving only the active molecule: potash. Used since the Middle Ages, this method is:

  • Natural and respectful, ideal for sensitive skin.
  • Effective: deep cleans while preserving the quality of fabrics.
  • Ecological: a zero-waste solution for reduced environmental impact.

No, the ash laundry detergent does not smell like wood fire. It is odorless. The unscented version will leave a neutral clean smell on your laundry. If you choose the scented version, you will enjoy a light pine needle fragrance.

MOA laundry detergent is used like a classic liquid detergent and is suitable for all textiles: colored, black, or white laundry, from cold washing to hand washing. It is also suitable for cloth diapers and menstrual underwear thanks to its glycerin-free composition.

Pour the dose of detergent into the drawer or compartment designed for this purpose rather than directly into the drum. This allows for better diffusion during the wash cycle.

Favor long wash cycles at low temperature and run your machine with a full load.

  3. For whiter laundry: Add 2 tablespoons of sodium percarbonate to the drum during washing to revive the brightness of your white laundry (active from 40°C).
  4. Hard water and laundry lacking softness: Add 25 ml of white vinegar to the fabric softener compartment. Natural and effective, it softens your laundry, preserves your machine by fighting limescale, eliminates persistent odors, revives the brightness of whites, and protects colors.
